Welcome to Sustainable is Good where we cover all aspects of sustainable packaging including new innovations, branding, marketing, materials and news.

Sustainable is Good has no affiliation with any industry or group.  Our audience is a wide range of consumers, professionals, designers and people brought together by sharing the common interest of living a greener more eco-friendly lifestyle.

We're in an exciting time,  companies and consumers alike are making changes to their traditional norms and recognizing the many benefits of environmental awareness in their business and buying decisions.  Despite the efforts on both sides there remains a disconnect in the middle.  A company opts for lighter more durable plastic packaging reducing its plastic consumption, but then the consumer finds that plastic container isn't yet recyclable in their community.

Innovations are occurring daily in product & packaging design.  Newer lighter more durable materials are making their way into consumers hands.  Consumers are becoming more and more informed and placing a greater significance on issues like excessive packaging and innovative design in their buying decisions.

Package design and/or marketing & branding are key components of the wave of green products and services consumers are presented.
